BOTOX® is a naturally occurring substance that can be used to reduce unwanted frown lines and some wrinkles. Its best cometic use is to reduce the frown lines between your eyebrows. Some forehead & lower eyelid wrinkles, and neck muscle bands may also be improved. An extra benefit may be a reduced feeling of tension in your forehead such that you even feel more relaxed. (Dr. Pertsch uses BOTOX® himself every 3-4 months.)

Typical cost is $400. This includes treatment areas such as frown lines, crows feet, and upper forehead. Platysma (neck muscles) and lip lines may be extra. One area, such as frown lines, is $200

Initial informative consultation with
Dr. Pertsch additional $100.

You may return to work or play immediately after your 20 minute office visit.
