Other views of this patient are available: detail after abdominoplasty and detail after breast augmentation 5 foot 5 inch tall 155 lb. woman lost breast volume and shape after pregnancy. Considered this surgery for years but decided to 'go for it' in time for a Cabo San Lucas vacation. Her desired volume and shape were achieved with saline, textured, round, 460 cc R and 450 cc L McGhan Medical implants. She did not want the extra mastopexy (breast lift) scars necessary to give the breasts a more 'lifted' look. Therefore implants were placed on top of the pectoralis major muscle under the breast tissue (subglandular implant location). Patient underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck ) at the same operation so implants were placed through abdominoplasty incision (i.e.. no incision on the breast or under arm).. She went on to lose 15 pounds before 'after' pictures taken 2 months and 2 weeks after surgery.
