5 foot 9 inch tall 167 lb. man underwent chin augmentation using Spectrum Designs Anatomical Chin size 4 (largest) via intraoral approach (incision just below the gum line inside the mouth). Patient had no recollection of surgery after IV local anesthetic technique by Dr. Pertsch. Post op photos taken 1 month and 2 weeks after surgery.
