Breast Augmentation: 31 year old size 34 B before was 36 C after initial surgery. Periareolar approach, smooth, round McGhan implants under the pectoralis muscle. First surgery 450 cc right side and 435 cc left side.

5 foot 2 inch tall 115 lb. woman wanted to improve clothing and bathing suit options. Her desired volume and shape were achieved with saline filled, smooth, round McGhan Medical Corporation implants 420 cc minimum fill volume filled to 450 cc on the right but only 435 cc on the left to improve symmetry. Implants were placed under pectoralis major muscle though periareolar incisions. Her implants moved very easily making the breasts feel soft. Post op photos taken 7 months and 2 weeks after surgery.

She most liked her size immediately after surgery when slightly swollen. Once accustomed to her new size she wanted more volume. Eight months after the above procedure she returned and 850 cc implants were placed. She is now size 36 D.
