Breast Augmentation: 32 year old size 36 C after initial breast augmentation surgery. She most liked her size immediately after first surgery when still swollen. Eight months afterwards larger implants were placed.
Periareolar approach, smooth, round McGhan implants under the pectoralis muscle. Presented here after second surgery when 450 cc right side and 435 cc left side implants removed and 850 cc smooth, round, McGhan implants were placed to achieve the patient's desired 36 D.
